Hailing from New York, Aspen Mirfeldt is a recently graduated theatrical designer and technician from the University of Louisville, where she primarily focused on the realms of Scenic, Media, and Projection Design. Graduating in 2023, she has undertaken a wide array of projects, both inside and outside the University.

Aspen’s recent projects include working as a Projection Designer for UofL’s Spring Festival of Shorts, and being a Scenic Designer on UofL’s productions of Gloria and Afromemory. Outside of design, Aspen also possesses several years of experience working as both a Scenic Carpenter and a Scenic Charge Artist, having been both Master Carpenter and the primary Scenic Charge Artist for several of UofL’s shows. She strives to achieve the highest level of detail and precision in her work, aiming to truly transport the audience into the world of her latest project.

Outside of theatre, Aspen enjoys reading and taking care of her two cats. She is constantly looking to expand her horizons and pick up new skills, eager to incorporate new experiences into her life.
